How does the IMONDS price match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price from any other online or brick and mortar retailer, just show us their price (i.e. show us their webpage, printed offer, emailed quote, brochure, etc.) and we will match their price, or be the first to tell you that you should buy from them instead of us. Rest assured, this is not likely to happen!
What if I find a lower price after I placed my order?
We will match the price of the competitor for up to 7 days after the order is placed. In addition to the price match, we will offer you an additional 10% off of your next order of $100 or more.
Will IMONDS match another company's price when combined with any other offer or promotion?
This will be considered on a case by case basis. Typically our competitors do not offer discounted prices in combination with other special offers but we will consider such requests on individual basis.
Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. Regardless, we reserve the right to limit the quantities where we price match.
Are there some items that you might not price match?
Yes. If the quality and specifications of the competitors product do not match or are inferior to our product. However, be rest assured our objective is always to be reasonable and to work with you to satisfy you as a customer.
