Cancellations and ReturnsCancellations If you have submitted an order and need to make any changes or need to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to it.
Items special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications, cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Returns If you are not satisfied and need to return merchandise, we will give you full credit, provided you follow these procedures. If something needs to be returned, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange at any time. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Provided the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.
Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods with insurance. iMonds.com will not accept returns sent COD. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 4 days from the date you receive your RA number. iMonds.com will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. iMonds.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times.
We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
Please return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and boxes.

A 15% restocking fee may also be charged for all returns from customers who consistently abuse the return privilege.
Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages will be charged a 10% handling fee, plus postage.
iMonds.com cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.
